Visit to Walkden shop

We booked our dog in for a shampoo and general clean up, no cutting. When we arrived the reception area, which is quite small, was very dirty and there was dog hair everywhere. My wife pointed it out to the staff. When my wife went to pick him up the reception area was worse than earlier as nobody had made any attempt to clean it up. All it needed was a quick brush round. When she left the store our dog had all bits of hair stuck to his feet. We will not be going there again and l will put all of this on our local website.

Expensive item missing from delivery unable to contact you for replacement so phoned local store but they have had no reply from you either!!

Regular order of sunflower hearts plus wild bird seed. Sunflower hearts missing but I have paid £39.99. Have complained to local store three times as its impossible to contact you either by phone or email. Either refund my money or supply the bag of sunflower hearts.

User's recommendation: Be very careful to check what you receive or you will be paying money for nothin.

Poor service

I wish to make a complaint, our original order of 8 items on order number 8283**** at a cost of £21.77 was ordered on the 6/2 this was expected on the 10/2 i chased the order via online chat on the 11/2 and was told it was being looked into, having heard nothing back i contacted live chat again on the 11/2 and was eventually told that after ringing the store our items were in stock and ready to collect, i went to collect them on the 14/2 onlt to be told they only had 1 item from the order in store from the order, sales rep rang through to customer service and re-ordered the missing items and i was told to expect them on 16/2, eventually got another email through (replacement order number 8331****) which now said due on the 18/2 but this order only had 6 items on it at a cost to yourselves of £19.64, heard nothing again till a text message and a email received today the 21/2, order has now been collected after multiple trips to the store but we have never been told that items were out of stock and we have been charged for 8 items but have only recevied 6 items, which has taken 15 days in total, looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this transaction, regards Ben Davis

Excellent experience initially , but now not so much

Initially when I posted under pets from time to time my experience was excellent. However ,despite several reminders they have NOT posted my most recent post in Chicago and Rockford Illinois. . . Under Pets? For my trained rehoming of a Rottweiler/ coon hound

To rehome dogs occasionally that are trained

I keep trying to get you all to post my posts and you all are failing to post my ad on Craigslist in both Rockford and Chicago under pets! Please help

Hi I would like to file in a complaint reguarding animal care and cricket deliveries in pets at home Firstly, my friend bought a Syrian hamster from one of your branches and it had a critical heart problem which you never told her and 1 week later, it passed away. I think it is wrong to not inform the comsumer about it or keep it out of sale Finally, your offer 4 boxes £7 is wrong because half the crickets are dead so if you do the math, that is 2 boxes of dead crickets. I hope you solve this problem soon.
