Petros Homes - Misrepresented information, performed poor work, will not honor warranty.
Petros Homes - new construction home builder in northeast Ohio. Salesperson lied about choice of sub contractors, building process and lied about homeowners/membership information. Their sub contractors performed inferior work and they will not stand by their useless warranty. They agreed to build the home through VA and then balked and/or renigged on aslmost every VA requirement. Because we sold our other home and had no place to lie I had to pay for items they were required to pay for so we could move ahead with the closing. I am an American Armed Forces Veteran and they should not be treating vets or anyone else this way. AVOID PETROS HOMES.
