Damaged bird cage

Been trying for a month to get a partial refund for a defect on a bird cage. They DO NOTHING but give you the run around on the phone WHEN you can reach someone. No one calls you back! Keeps saying to send photos which I have done many times. Then it was with the accounts department! Cannot reach a supervisor (if one even exists). Now I get an email saying an RMA will be issued with 48 hrs to return the item. NOT RETURNING IT, just need a partial credit. This was my first time with this company AND WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Have filed complaints with the BBB, AG office and Business Consumer Alliance and anyone else I can find. STAY AWAY
