Worst and Most Unprofessional Service I have ever experienced

This place here takes the cake. If any breeder uses them or is considering it you would be crazy. I have recently purchased two pets and the breeder I bought the puppies from has a great bloodline and were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. That is until they dropped the dogs off to Petex.
My first male Bloodhound was at least delivered on schedule. The problem was that they lost the entire package of paperwork that was supposed to be delivered and it took them three weeks to even locate where the *** it was. Not to mention when he was delivered he had a nasty case of kennel cough and soaking wet in his own urine.
The next dog I figured it can't happen twice can it? Oh it can and did. The puppy was perfectly healthy when the breeder drops the dog off to them. SOMEHOW, from that point the dog picks up a case of "snotty nose" and this is the second week that they won't deliver my puppy because of a "snotty nose". I'm sorry but if you have a veterinarian on staff giving the puppy daily antibiotics then a "snotty nose" doesn't take two weeks to cure. It wouldn't be contagious at least. If they worry so much about the condition of the puppy before they travel then why on earth did my first puppy get received with freaking Kennel cough.
When you call and ask a question about this they place blame on everyone and anyone else and act like they are doing you a favor by not delivering your dog to you after payment has already been received and they got the thing sick in the first place. Worst dose of customer service I have ever experienced and I personally hope the company goes under within a year so that nobody else has to deal with this amateur hour horror show that are responsible for LIVE ANIMALS.
Absolutely Awful
Preferred solution: I want my money back and the puppy I purchased in my possession. *** I have to drive to Missouri to get her. I will be posting a review on every site I can find. Your company should be ashamed of itself.
Horrible experience
- - Puppy arrived filthy; Parvo diagnosed in 2 days.

- - Layover at Petship kennels; 223 puppies shipped.
Shipped a healthy puppy (vet checked and certified healthy). Puppy arrived in filthy condition and within 2 days of arrival to new owner was confirmed by vet to have Parvo.
Puppy had a layover at Petship facilities of a few days before completing the shipment so had to stay onsite in their kennel. Thankfully this puppy survived due to her previous vaccinations. Vet said she could tell puppy had a great start and obviously had gotten good immunities from mother.
Petship was more concerned about how I found out how many other puppies had been on the same shipment as our puppy (223!) than they were about the Parvo exposure in their "state of the art" kennels. They were VERY rude and did not care one bit!

I recently sold an English bulldog puppy to a lady in New York.
After a thorough exam from my veterinarian, 7/19/15; and a clean bill of health given. I dropped the puppy off with a contracted driver of petex.
The puppy was taken back to the company to be put on the van to be delivered.
The puppy arrived in New York on 7/22/15, puppy was taken to the vet on 7/23/15; at which time he was diagnosed with canine influenza.
None of my dogs are sick, my dogs never touch the floor at a vets office.

I am going through a problem with them today!! My breeder has used them periodically for the last 8 years.
My puppy was declined transport last week because of a runny nose. They put her on medication and we housed her in their kennel. On Friday they said she looked good but they couldn't promise a delivery. She was supposed to ship today and now they bumped her again and are saying her nose is running green!!
How could that be when they gave her antibiotics (for something she didn't have) for the 9 days she has been there!!!! I am really upset.
