AI Highlights
  • Visited Renault Warwick Farm to view the Clio and discuss financing.
  • Jessica was rude and pressed for a fixed budget.
  • She would not allow a test drive.

Complaint Renault Peter Warren:

I came in yesterday to renault warwick farm to take a look at the new clio. I loved the car but because it was a a bit over what i wanted to spend, I decided to think on it overnight.

I came back today with my family to test drive it and ask about financing/ warranty etc. I asked to drive the car the sales women named Jessica, was so rude I was horrified. she was badgering me into giving her an exact number i wanted to spend, she wouldnt listen to what we were saying, she was just arguing and kept saying I cant by this car?! I was obviously there looking at the car taking an interest in it, yet she acted as though i could never afford it, this woman had no idea what my salary was, how much deposit i was willing to make (which was substantial) and her exact words were 'I can not put you in that car'.

I thought sales people are meant to try and sell you the car? Firstly not only can i afford that car but I was set on actually buying that car today thats why i wanted to test drive it.... she would not let me test drive this car her behaviour was absolutely disgusting my family and I were so shocked out of our minds we just left.

that woman ruined my love of that car, and I did buy a car that day not from her and not from Renault.

Cons:
  • Sales agent at renault

Preferred solution: I want this acknowledged, I want this woman spoken to and I want an apology and a reason for her disgusting service.

Same experience at Macarthur Automotive. Salesman named Jay was being rude and poking me with sharp words.

He has no idea that 10 of those Jays work in my company and the difference is, they know manners and this one doesn't. Shame for a renowned family owned business like Peter Warren.

Jeep Wrangler and lack of customer service

AI Highlights
  • Bought a Jeep Wrangler from Peter Warren (Sydney).
  • Rear door arm repair twice, and it won't start; 4 days with Jeep Canberra, no courtesy car.

We recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from Peter Warren in Sydney. Because they won't transport their vehicles we had to go and get it.

It's been in the shop twice for the repair to the rear door arm, when in 4WD which correct me if I am wrong, is what the car is made for, the transmission warning tone sounds without reason, now the car won't start.

It has been with Jeep in Canberra for 4 days and still no one has even looked at the car or offered a courtesy car. Awesome customer service and as for the car itself - should have bought a Ford, which aren't any better.
