Service plan for vehicle bought from Peter Vardy

Name of car owner:
I am emailing on behalf of my partner.
This vehicle was bought from Peter Vardy Hillington just before it closed.
We incorporated a service plan into the payments.
Last year we got the car serviced at Peter Vardy Motherwell.
This has now been bought over by Parks Group, and they have no information on the car.
How do I get our car serviced?
I also contacted Emac, and they have no records of the car.

Complaint about service
I have been given bad service and have been messed around repeatedly. I have been trying to get refunded for a part but all I have had is the run around.
