Can’t get my free samples

I asked for free samples, but you have told me I can't get them without a purchase. I feel I shouldn't have to if your products are that good. Personally, I've done this and have been very disappointed in the product, and I will not waste money on something I hate that the company won't back up with samples first.

I am writing to voice my incredible disappointment with the recent tube of Instant Firm Eye gel. I have used this product for years and absolutely love it.
This latest purchase is in a different package and is a clear gel whereas all product past purchases are a cloudy, milky colour gel with a much better feel in application.
Has the formulation changed without notification?
If so, I would like to return the product as it has no effect whatsoever as the original, and stays wet on the skin unlike the original.
I live in Australia and always purchase on line. I have supplied a code which is on a sticker on the packaging if that helps.
Please advise your thoughts.
