I ordered a pizza from the website but it was never delivered. The store stated since they deal with a third party DoorDash to call them for a refund. DoorDash customer service stated since I didnt order through the DoorDash app, I had to call PPP customer service for a refund. Please help. The address the door dasher gave me was incorrect and not a real address on my street.

Aggressive management

We drove to the speaker to order our food , we drove up and at the window is when we were told that there was no change for 100 dollars , so my father explains to management how they should let customers know that by putting a sign outside so we as customers know that , so we can just go somewhere else, management then apologized for the inconvenience, after that my mother and I had found enough for the correct change for our order so we pay and then asked to move to wait for our order , and so my father did not agree to move , so when he disagreed another employee man came to the window for a confrontation and told my dad to shut up, my dad is much older and can't walk and uses a walker to help him , so he is no way capable to be an aggressor what so ever..when my dad told the employee he will move but wants to speak to him on the side , your employer had no problem make it clear he wanted to prove him self right..I can not believe this kind of behavior who had no right to even come outside to finish his point , he had no composer what's so ever and I will get a lawyer for damages if this issue is not resolved..his name is Eugene and had no problem making that clear..and I will continue with this matter..thank you jacqelyne botello

Peter Piper Pizza - Unsatisfactory visit

Called to place an order and was on hold for about 5 min, no big deal, figured I would start my drive and place the order on the way. When I got there about 20 min had passed.

the lobby was empty and one employee was making pizza. I figured he was the only one working and couldnt get back to the phone, again no big deal. He addressed me as soon as o walked in and asked if o was there for a pick up. I stated I wanted to place an order.

He asked me to hold so he could go get someone. About 2 to 3 min later a boy and girl walk out of the back. The boy from the back said can I help you, I explained that I had and still was on hold to place and order, my name and number were on the phone with a blinking light showing they had someone on hold. He replied ya we are busy.

A simple I So sorry for the wait or an omg idk how we missed the hold call. He just seemed annoyed to have to take my order. Just before my order was done, a manager walked out to put some boxes away. There were a total of 4 employees there and only one working, and empty lobby and a few pizzas waiting for pick up and no one could take an order?

The manager also didnt seem bothered by the poor customer service.

Unfortunately, I will have to drive further to get the customer service the other locations offer. This was unacceptable service.

Preferred solution: Full refund

Beau Nia

A big deal for a penny. Shame on them both.

Look lady, it is obvious that you cannot afford to take your grandson Peter Piper. You are NOT entitled to a full refund.

I agree about the refund part. The child was short 1 penny, that's it.

The grandparent decided to be inappropriately outraged, when the situation did not call for it.

The grandparent ultimately spoiled the child's birthday party because they could not control their emotions. They should have remained quiet and addressed the issue later with a manager.

The employee did nothing wrong .

The employee did nothing wrong though. The grandmother was way out of line.

If your grandson could not afford two sodas then he should only get one.

It was absurd for the girl to deny him over a penny, but maybe she has to have her drawer balance down to the penny and gets in trouble otherwise. Who knows.

What I do know is that he got his penny and that should have been the end of story but you apparently decided you were going to keep it going and got yourself ejected. I feel really bad for your grandson.

He cried because of your miserable behavior. Not just with this incident, but the example that has been set for him.

You are vulgar and aggressive even in your post.

No doubt you caused a scene and were ejected. A pathetic memory instead of a forgettable minor transaction because of your public escalation and you blame a lowly one cent coin.

Well, the grandmother is asking for a full refund. Obviously, they cannot afford to pay full price for soda.

Now she wants a full refund. Something she is NOT entitled to.

The request for a full refund or even a partial refund is not appropriate. It is no one fault's but the grandparent that they were ejected from the party. Apparently, they decided to shoot their mouth off at the young employee and found out the hard way, at the cost of the grandson's peaceful and fun birthday party, that their shenanigans were not going to be tolerated.
