To whom it may concern,
I'm writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your Phoenix location (#1281) during a recent visit.
I was there with my wife and two other adults, all of us over 21 years old. After ordering food and a pitcher of alcohol, I returned to request a second pitcher. At that point, the shift manager, Iris M., denied my request. She claimed it was against the law to serve more than one pitcher of alcohol per person.
I explained that our party included four adults who could all present valid IDs. Iris responded that the policy came from her general manager, Lindsey H., and referred to a notice on the wall stating a single individual may not be served an entire pitcher. I again clarified that the pitcher was not intended for one person, but rather for our group of four.
Instead of addressing the situation professionally, Iris became dismissive and rude. She ultimately refused service without providing a valid legal explanation. When I asked for her name, she refused and left the area, retreating to her office. Another employee eventually provided her name to me.
I've been a loyal customer at this location for a long time, and I've never encountered an issue like this. The way this situation was handled—particularly the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to provide clear reasoning or legal backing—was frustrating and unacceptable.
I respectfully ask that you review the conduct of your staff and clarify whether such a restriction is actually a matter of law or simply a store policy. I would appreciate a response and some assurance that this kind of treatment won't be repeated.

I ordered a pizza from the website but it was never delivered. The store stated since they deal with a third party DoorDash to call them for a refund.
DoorDash customer service stated since I didnt order through the DoorDash app, I had to call PPP customer service for a refund.
Please help. The address the door dasher gave me was incorrect and not a real address on my street.

Verified ReviewerAggressive management
We drove to the speaker to order our food , we drove up and at the window is when we were told that there was no change for 100 dollars , so my father explains to management how they should let customers know that by putting a sign outside so we as customers know that , so we can just go somewhere else, management then apologized for the inconvenience, after that my mother and I had found enough for the correct change for our order so we pay and then asked to move to wait for our order , and so my father did not agree to move , so when he disagreed another employee man came to the window for a confrontation and told my dad to shut up, my dad is much older and can't walk and uses a walker to help him , so he is no way capable to be an aggressor what so ever..when my dad told the employee he will move but wants to speak to him on the side , your employer had no problem make it clear he wanted to prove him self right..I can not believe this kind of behavior who had no right to even come outside to finish his point , he had no composer what's so ever and I will get a lawyer for damages if this issue is not resolved..his name is Eugene and had no problem making that clear..and I will continue with this matter..thank you jacqelyne botello

Called to place an order and was on hold for about 5 min, no big deal, figured I would start my drive and place the order on the way. When I got there about 20 min had passed.
the lobby was empty and one employee was making pizza. I figured he was the only one working and couldnt get back to the phone, again no big deal. He addressed me as soon as o walked in and asked if o was there for a pick up. I stated I wanted to place an order.
He asked me to hold so he could go get someone. About 2 to 3 min later a boy and girl walk out of the back. The boy from the back said can I help you, I explained that I had and still was on hold to place and order, my name and number were on the phone with a blinking light showing they had someone on hold. He replied ya we are busy.
A simple I So sorry for the wait or an omg idk how we missed the hold call. He just seemed annoyed to have to take my order. Just before my order was done, a manager walked out to put some boxes away. There were a total of 4 employees there and only one working, and empty lobby and a few pizzas waiting for pick up and no one could take an order?
The manager also didnt seem bothered by the poor customer service.
Unfortunately, I will have to drive further to get the customer service the other locations offer. This was unacceptable service.
- Great pizza and wings

Telling you something that you do not want to hear is NOT the same as rude. The last thing someone like you needs is more alcohol.
If you are over 21 act like it. Do not mistake not getting what you want as rude. The reason that Iris became rude was because you kept arguing with her. She did provide a valid explanation. You just did not like it and are mistaking her explanation as rude.
She is NOT required to give you her name and the only RUDE person here is YOU. You have anger issues and the last thing you need is alcohol.
"I've been a loyal customer", no one cares. You go in you eat and you leave.
They told you no, that's the end of the story.
And... the manager's name, that's none of your business.
Only in "Murica would you find this "policy". The employee should have told you to send another member of your party to order it.
You know very well it’s just store policy. You should have just went back and sent another member of your group.
Dos this person sound smart? He is not smart enough to do this.
He is immature and mistakes not getting what he wants as rude. I am surprised that he is old enough to drink because he behaves like a six year old.
