i was promised a full refund form headquarters and the Indiana location Greenwood area from a Elizabeth who at one point said her name was Alicia, but this was after being slandered and verbally abused. no services were provided but a free consultation, and there were NO and i mean NO earned fees by this company/office.
I went to the location with my spouse in Greenwood, IN. $700 was promised to be refunded and i have been waiting for over a week and i still have not received my money back. Elizabeth/Alicia which ever she claims to be says that she was going to send it out fedx, but she lied because after speaking with again the other day she said that it takes time and she said she will cut the check the same day... that has been 4 days ago.
she said last week that she will send it out the same day and that was Thursday of last week.
I just don't appreciate being lied to nor my hard earned money being STOLEN, i informed them that we did not get a refund again this year, so we could not afford their services and requested a refund. She claimed they did over $700 worth of work for us, which is not true.... a draft? a draft of what that was not filed nor could not be filed because no retainer fee was met!
I even asked if I can get another copy of the itemized bill… STILL nothing sent!!! i am upset, hurt and disappointment that they would do people like this. it's taking advantage of them. I would just like my refund back please so that i can pay what bills i can, i have a disabled son and i still plan on filing bankruptcy but just not with this agency.
the lady even said " you like paying your lawyers" but you're not my lawyer because i didn't retain you yet!
good luck with your life is what she said and whoever you find to do your bankruptcy. that was very unprofessional!
Statement clearly says "Consultation attorney" there is no FEE for a consultations according to their office!!!
