- - Took car in for a sunroof leak on March 23; returned March 30.
- - Paid ~$100; told $180 more to fix and $180 for carpet.
- - Customer service was poor.
Had to take my car in for a sunroof leak on March 23. Only to have to take it back on march 30th for the same issue.
Ipaid for the repair on the 23rd which was just over 100.00 And was told that it would cost 180.00 more to fix the leak this week and that my carpet and padding needed to be replaced which of course would run me another 180.00. I will not be going back to pete moore sercice dept again. There was absolutely no customer service, and to place the blame on the first service tech that handled my work order last week was just childish. Nothing was done or said to me to try and make this situation any better.
They didnt even try to make me happy. This is one place i will never return to have my car serviced
