Terrible customer service. I ordered two weeks ago and I havent heard anything about my package even being shipped.
Theres no contact info on the site and I am pretty sure this is a scam.
I am going to get my credit card to refund my money and try and get this place shut down. All my Christmas gifts were ruined because of this company.
It is a cute concept but they need a customer service group to at least inform their customers of any delays. They were super quick to charge my card almost two hundred dollars.

Sent an email only to find out it will be 24-36 hours for a response.
It's been well over a week with no response!!! If you look at their Facebook and Instagram pages, there are plenty of pissed off customers who are in the same boat.
Pet Canva has a 100% satisfaction guarantee and has guaranteed Christmas delivery yet here we are less than a week away from Christmas and no one has heard from them.
