I ordered some fake flowers from them, it cost me 40 per branch, and not only were the branches missing 50% of the flowers but they were also shipped in too small a box and completely bent out of shape! When I contacted them they actually said "that's how they're supposed to look." I had someone over that took one look at them and said, "wow those are really old and beaten up looking you need some new ones."
