Horrible troubles
I was looking for a beauty dress to wear holiday parties and my daughter in law suggested them. It is beautiful, but the colors were different than I expected.
I somehow did get a response from them and their reply was that I must have bought the dress which I purchased only a week earlier at Target or another discounter!
I finally got my receipt from my credit card company and emailed it to them no response!
I have to get the free return that they PROMISE!!
Otherwise ???

No return calls or texts about an exchange or return label
I love the clothing from Petal & Pup. I purchase many dresses and have never returned them.
Recently, I wanted to exchange a dress for a larger size. This should have been an easy exchange, but no one returns emails. So the dress I wanted to exchange for a larger size is no longer available. I'm stuck with a smaller size that doesn't fit because of a lack of communication from this company to its loyal customers.
As much as I love their clothing, there is no accountability when a customer wants a return or exchange.
Sad. So I will not order anymore clothing from this company.
