Pet World sold me a puppy infected with intestinal worms and not even an apology upon confront them with the problem. Buyer beware.

Terrible, Sharon the owner called me left message, I called back, and she never called back. Called again and still never called back.

When she left message She blamed it on the groomer Rob. Rob was the first guy to cut this dogs hair and did an excellent job. Since this all happened Rob has left Pet World. Doesn't matter who did it, they are her employee, so take responsibility and do the right thing!

I wouldn't go back there if they were giving free shots and free 40 lbs of dog food. No respect for the consumer or their pet. Anyone in this situation please send your information to The Florida Attorney General, one, two complaints may not be addresses but many will.

We sit back and do not express our wrongs by business', but we work hard for our money and I was always taught to do whatever it is to the best of your ability. If you are wronged file a complaint, it takes only a few minutes!

This is the type of store that gives pet stores a bad name. While they do purchase puppies from reputable breeders, the owners Mike and Sharon, do not care about these animals.

They sold me a puppy with an outdated health certificate. Their negligence caused the death of my sweet puppy less than 3 weeks after bringing him home, and to add insult to injury they offered me a replacement puppy who was also sick and had to be taken to the vet. Luckily this one was able to be saved. Do not purchase pets from this store.

The owners refused to compensate me for the $2k in vet bills I incurred trying to save my little puppy, and they have harassed me with phone calls after I filed a complaint. This is not a store you want to do business with. Either adopt from a shelter, buy from a breeder directly, or shop elsewhere.

I took my dogs in to get groomed. One a long hair dachshund.

I asked for him to get a haircut, bathed, toenails trimmed, teeth brushed, anal glands checked. The extras were a separate charge. I discussed how short to cut his hair. The groomer who had cut it before was suppose to cut it again.

I picked him up and they shaved a spot on his tail down to the skin, also a spot behind his ear and an are on one of his legs. The hair will never grow back. I called to talk to the owner but she never called back. I called 3 times and she denies that I called.

The original groomer did not do it it was some random person. The girl at the counter said she was the manager and she couldn't do anything and she would have the owner call.

You can't paste the hair back on but you could of at least called. No integrity!

The people in this pet shop were very rude to me. My dog was afraid of the groomer and she was not sympathetic to either the dog or me.

I felt as if I was treated like a piece of garbage. No one in this store has any amount of professionalism or courtesy. My daughter was in tears by the way she was handling our dog!

I would not leave my dog based on the way I was treated by the staff. They maybe cheaper than other groomers BUT you get what you pay for I guess...I just can't pay someone to treat me mean!
