Awful online order service!

Ordered online and never filled! Called 3 times and then just cancelled and purchased elsewhere. Used Afterpay and Afterpay not told of cancellation so I called PetSmart 3 days in a row and said it could take 20 days to notify after pay so I have to pay and theres no way they can let them know I cancelled until process happens! Lost my business!!

CANT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE

DO NOT USE...FRAUD DEPT CALLED ME AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO ORDER DOG FOOD. SHE THEN GAVE ME AN ORDER NUMBER NO ONE CAN FIND!!!!!!!!!! NOT BY MY EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, NAME, CREDIT CARD OR ANYTHING!!!!!!~CANT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. WEBSITE HAS BEEN DOWN FOR WEEKS! MUST BE A SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. **********************DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Employee complaint miss last manager and store complaint

The store manager had took my coupon yesterday and then would not give me the coupon back when I return an item that I purchased by mistake and then I was informed by another manager that it was okay to bring the item back and get my coupon back however the store manager said that it was too late for me to come in and get the coupon back PLEASE help they are giving false information out

W2 missing!!

Hello my name is Trinity Miller and im a former employee of pet supermarket. I did not receive my w2 in the mail and any phone number i call you guy's dont answer. My old manager is refusing to help this situation and it is illegal to be holding my w2 from me. I will be looking forward to hearing back from you since theres less than a month to file taxes. Ive been struggling for a month to get ahold of you guys and Kim does not care! Unacceptable!

Delay of order

Saw on website slow orders so called. 45 minutes to speak, told about 10 days I ordered not expecting to take that long. Well took 12 and would've been longer, but I went to post office tOffice to get it. Takes too long to get customer service so won't order again.

Faster response on phone and delivery

Order delay

First time ordering. Called to check on who delivers if order and waited 45 for customer service. Did order and website said taking longer than normal. I was told about 10 days but took 12 and would have been longer if waited on Post Office to deliver. Won't order again, too long to wait and too long wait for customers service.

Have sent a letter to Pet Valu, Sunrise, FL. Corp.

Headquarters.Asked them to have a day or hours for non-mask wearers.Attached copy of The Healthy American "Science says healthy people should not wear masks and a copy of the United States Dept. of Justice Title II of the civil rights act..Waiting for reply.

One store said I could shop today, but after I would be refused. Second store said it was company policy and asked me to leave. I returned to both stores (both Pet Supermarkets) with the "attn-businesses: "Guidelines" are not laws" letter printed from The Healthy American web site and dropped off the letter. Both stores were empty of customers.
