Apparently, they are now defunct !
- - I ordered Oct 28; shipment confirmed, not received; the company is gone.
- - The site and phone were unreachable; charges reversed.
I placed an order October 28th, received confirmation on shipment. Nothing received Saturday, Monday I began worrying as they were always 5 days at the most.
Tuesday morning, Nov. 5th, tried to pull up my account on their site - no website. Went to Google/Bing - no longer there ! Tried their phone - no longer there.
Checked my bank card - charges have been reversed as of the 31st of October. Checked the Better Business Bureau - how weird, NO complaints and they had an A- rating.
Wonder what the heck happened. Sorry to see them gone - I found them great to work with.
These guys cheat and steal.
- - Promises not kept and poor service; runaround and no manager transfer.
- - Never received product or refund; manager never called back.
I have had it with these thieves. They have not followed through with their promises.
I have been doing business with them for years and have never received such a terrible time in my life. For that matter I have never been treated this way by anyone before. I have called and called and called. First they gave me the run around, then they refused to transfer me to a manager even after multiple requests.
I got the managers phone number and left him 4 messages. He NEVER called me back! I'm very angry, never got my product or my money!
They're a waste of time. Don't order from here or sell to these guys, you will regret it!
