My dog was hurt so bad !

I had almost the same experience. Took my dog in as a new client. At the pick up time the owner Joy hiked up the price that was quoted to me over the phone. My dog was going crazy wanting to get out of there. That day the dog was lethargic and quiet, next day she was warm, we tried to pet her but she yelped. Looked around to see what was wrong, found cuts inside both her ears, poor baby was hurt. Called the groomers, no answer, called next day, Levette was sweet and showed concern, Joy(owner) called back and said: you are accusing me and show me pictures to prove it. Unbelievable no concern whatsoever!!! I took my dog to the Vet first thing Monday morning , both her ears are infected now, and the cuts are not healing. Levette offered to refund my money "after the owner leaves the store" ( wonder why?) guess an attempted damage control... But that didn't happen either... I feel this owner just cares about herself not animals, does not pay for trained staff and should not be in this business. Animals can't speak and say how and when they are hurt. So please watch out....

My Dog got a really Bad infection

I took my pet in for grooming at petjoy grooming at 5277 w.Olympic Blvd La CA 323 954-**** there are two location other in Brentwood so Beware the very next Day there was a large amount of some kind of substance coming out of my dog ear it looked like hard dark blood i brought to the owner attention joy she did not want to take any responsibility or any concern in restoring my pets health all this women cares about is the money as i left i was in my car on the phone just minutes after i left joy walks out with an employee Both laughing im convinced that this women shouldn't be working with animals or owning a business.
