My name is Shannon Rice and I purchased one of your strollers pet gear. It has three wheels and one of the back wheels.
The gears are stripped and the wheel wont stay on last time it went across traffic It couldve caused a horrible accident.
No matter what I try. I cant get that wheel to stay on it.

User's recommendation: Why would I give you my credit card number? I’m not going to do that. If you’re going to put out a product make it quality why should be recycling things that aren’t. Madewell should’ve lasted for a long time, especially for the amount of money I paid.
