Hello I hope your day is going well
My name is Shannon Rice and I purchased one of your strollers pet gear. It has three wheels and one of the back wheels.
The gears are stripped and the wheel wont stay on last time it went across traffic It couldve caused a horrible accident.
No matter what I try. I cant get that wheel to stay on it.
Im a consumer and Im not pod
Im a grandmother and I like to walk my dog however he cant walk the whole way I have a bad back and I cant carry him hes only 6 pounds I just wish you could help me

P S this is the second stroller I bought for your company. Actually Ive had a few I have run the wheels right off of them.
