Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Persopo issued a full credit for the month of January.

I work at night and last month Persopo wouldn't accept my password. They don't send emails to reset passwords during the am hours.

So Persopo is no help to me !

Persopo doesn't answer their phone recording and they don't answer e-mails...Persopo charged my Visa on 12-8-23 for 6 months of service 59.58. Please cancel and credit my visa for the remaining 5 months.

Unauthorized charge

I would first like to say that I am emailing because the representative I spoke with on the phone was very rude and extremely aggressive and condesending. He spoke to me like I was stupid and he also made sexist comments about "things only women do" .

His name was Elijah.

Secondly I was recently charged for a monthly service fee of I believe 19.95. I was unaware that I had an existing account with this company. I believe i previously canceled the service in july. I would like to request a refund and ask that the account be closed completely.

I am not showing any suscriptions on my phone or other devices so Im not even sure how I was charged at all. Thank you for your time.

False advertising

ERROR in your CHARGES ON LINE

I called the 800 # today regarding a problem I had on-line yesterday (It was a holiday). I spoke to a girl named Elizabeth.

She is very abrupt & keeps repeating the same remark. I got nowhere, I called back & chose to press #2 for general questions. My problem is noted below.

I entered an address into my computer as truthfinders.com. I entered my name & some additional information requested.

The page turned & I had to enter more info. I noticed that that page came up with a heading as Persopo. I am 86 & not a computer guru & thought it was a sub of truthfinders so I continued with the information they requested about paying for the service @ around $19.95. I received an address of the person I was looking for but could do no more on that page.

We are looking for my daughter's "birth mother". A WHILE LATER MY DAUGHTER CAME OVER & WE PUT TRUTHFINDERS IN AGAIN. The same page came up, I entered the requested informaton & they again asked me for payment. Since it was a holiday there was nobody to contact until today.

The girl at truthfinders listened to the above complaint & suggested I call Persopo & gave me your number, to ask for a return of my payment to Persopo for the reason that I really did not use your site. It came up in the middle of my using Truthfinders. I did not realize that it was a different company because it came up with using Truthfinders. It did not give me any info but an address.

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON Elizabeth would never work for me.

Her attitude toward her work is like talking to a machine. She offered me a refund of 9.97. As a senior citizen am asking for the total payment refunded because of the way your site came up on the Truthfinders site.

I appreciate any assistance you give me. I know it is not a lot of money but to me, it is quite a bit.

Social Security stinks. Thank you sincerely.

In 72 hours received nothing

then after you do that you have to wait 72 for the report to be compiled. well the 72 hours has come and gone and still nothing. I contacted the company about this and I will give they one star they was quick to return my e-mail. all they said was they didn't have any control over other agencies but was able to fulfill my request and cancel my membership.

Now you might ask how I know this is a rip off well will tell you. After waiting the 72 hours on Persopo I used another free online web site and I immediately got my information.

Plus the fact is that i already knew he has a criminal record. One more thing one day after signing up for the membership and paying $19.93 while logging on I was offered 5 days of membership for $1.00 so again and finally I say it was a total rip off......beware
