They did not show me my credit report
I need my credit report ASAP, because I dont know how mucha is it then is why I need to refresh my report, thank you

Verified ReviewerExtremely poor service, frequent medication errors
I started with them several months ago, hoping to streamline my medication regime. And make things easier for my son.
They frequently got the medications wrong, even when sending to a local pharmacy due to inability to fill the prescriptions. They also put the night pills in the morning and vice versa. Even with the list written out and sent to them. Medications were often melted (capsules) in the summer.
My son said he saw them pull the box from the trunk. And frequently pill bottles were short 2-4 pills. When asked why they stayed they would send the difference, and never did. You also get routed to the same representative each time.
This would be great if they lasted more than a month or knew anything about medications, or how to properly submit to insurance company.
When asked why things are no longer covered on their computer and insurance company said they were did they not have an answer. Which lead to multiple unnecessary calls to my doctors.
- Wasted time feeling sleepy all day and damage to my health

Preferred solution: Prevent others from dealing with these issues and more
