Practically non existent customer service, ordered baby clothes dividers, still waiting , buyer beware DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This company sent me an ornament that was not the one I ordered. Then the replacement ornament was exactly the same as the first! The customer service is horrible. They never rectified my issues and Im out $47! Do not order from this company!

Where is my order

Money was deducted from my account said they would email me but never received it. Have not heard from company and not received my watch band.

I ordered a white watch band with the words Believe in what you pray for. I received a light pink one with black letters. Had so much trouble contacting this company to find out the status of my order and now the wrong item. Whats with them! Grrrr!

Never received my order

I ordered some personalized ornaments on 9-24-21. They withdrew the money from my account but here we are on 10-15-21 and they havent even processed it. I entered my order no. on their website and it doesnt show they have processed or mailed it at all. This is definitely a scammed company.

Please I reached out to Personal Lucky in advance of the holiday season to confirm I could place an order and it would arrive to the destination and Brenda confirmed no problem. I placed the order and it is now December 30th and it has not arrived by Christmas let alone looks like it won't make it this year. I am so over everyone blaming the US postal service. When we all knew there was a problem one would think to use a different shipper so your business does not get effected by the slow shipping process. This should have went out with UPS or FED Ex to arrive on time.

Item never arrived - company may be a scam

I ordered face masks from this company, which charged my credit card immediately and yet, nearly a week later, still shows the order being "processed" - no shipment, no estimate for when it will ship, no communication whatsoever. Worse, they do not respond to emails to the customer service address when I write to inquire about the status of this order. I believe it may be a scam.

Same here! Ordered mine in April.

Was told numerous times they were shipped. Never received the order and asked for a credit to my account.

Told me at the end of May that credit was made to my account for $78. It is now June 19 and my credit card has not been credited.
