Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Called to cancel a washing machine policy {51485****) to find out after a 20 minute wait time that to cancel I have to NOW do it i an email. It took 3 times contacting your company just to get a phone number.

The person I spoke to was extremely hard to understand but he was very courteous. I will attempt to TRY and furnish all the information you request.

What a screwed up company in my opinion you have. I hope I never have to try and do business with you ever again.
