Stay Away for these people! They are a sham!
- - You were told you won a prize and asked for info.
- - They redirected you back to the original number.
- - You canceled, but they still charged you.
You get on the phone to call a business and these guys come on the line telling you that you have won something. All you need to do is give them some information and then they will redirect you to who you were originally trying to call.
When you figure it out you tell them that you don't want their product. However, they still got your information. What next? They start charging your card at odd times of the month even though you think you canceled there scam they were selling.
The call center is in some sh*t-hole country somewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ***
Stay Away from these People
- - They rope you in with a scam when trying to reach a business/service agency.
- - When you try to cancel, they never do.
- - I resolved it through my bank.
These guys rope you in with some scam as you are trying to reach a business/service agency, etc. Then you tell them you want to cancel the service and they never do. I just busted them through my bank.
Scam artist
- - I won a $100 gift card; a one-time $4.95 charge.
- - Random charges and fraud; bank closed the card.
- - Customer service agent yelled card number.
Said I won $100 gift card and will charge card 1 time payment of $4.95 after that I kept seeing random charges here and there. My bank called and asked me about charges and come to find out I had fraud on my account and they closed my card the same day so they could not keep scamming me. Matter fact i recall asking how I won to the customer service agent of the scam and he had the nerve to scream at me about my card number.
Scammers
- - Letter from Personal Success Solutions gave no details about signup.
- - CS refused to cancel or explain and a $4.95 charge appeared.
- - Card was cancelled.
My husband received a letter in the mail thanking him for signing up for Personal Success Solutions. It didn't tell us what the company was about or when or how he was signed up for it, only that they would bill us $59.95 on his card every month after the end of the trial period if we didn't cancel.
We called the customer service number on the paper and they refused to cancel the program or even tell us what it was or how they got our card number. So we checked our card and found a charge for $4.95 from them.
My husband had previously been told he had won a $100 Walmart gift card like the other poster's review, however he was told this by the CS agent at the credit card when he called them earlier in the month. We cancelled the card and reported the fraud.
Preferred solution: Already resolved through CC company, just want others to know of this scam
I am pissed

Scammed into Buying an Online health/fitness Program
- - Rep claimed I won $100 Walmart Gift Card and asked for a $4.95 fee.
- - Signed up for a $59.95 per month health program; the $4.95 credit was denied.
Recently I called my cable provider and the customer service rep said I had won a $100 Walmart Gift Card, all that was needed was a $4.95 processing fee. I got scammed, the $4.95 signed me up for an expensive, $59.95 per month personal health and fitness self-help program.
The company is Personal Success Solutions, a Sydney, Australia based company.
I called the company to complain and request my order be cancelled, they agreed to cancel my order, but refused to credit me the $4.95. Beware of this company, the supervisory personnel I talked to knew of the Gift Card/$4.95 fee, they’re scamming people to sign up for their program.
Preferred solution: None needed, Credit Card company credited me the $4.95, Personal Success Solutions refused
