I made my booking with Agoda online on 16 March. I booked accommodation at Hotel Waterbuck in Nakuru, Kenya from 24 to 27 March.
Agoda went ahead to charge my credit card on 19 March.
When I checked into the hotel today, I was informed that the money had not been credited to them.
As per their policy, they insisted I pay again which I did.
My name is Julia Rugo and my booking No. is 243408****.
Please credit the whole amount of KES.24, 764 deducted on 19 March by your company back into my account to avoid a double payment to the hotel.

Unable to contact outsirance via the customer care number
