I had a discharging warning. On my screen also car seems to be lagging Contacted Kia in Perris. I was given an appt. 2 weeks out. Took my car and yes it is still in warranty but Carlos the service guy told me I would need to pay 290.00 just to check the problem. What is the warranty for if the company charges to look at it. Very pissed that was put off 2 weeks then wasted my time. I live 14 miles from the dealership and was told they had no way of getting me home nor do they provide a rental car. He also told me he didn't know how long it would take to check it. I did not buy my car in California I moved here with my car from Georgia. I was told their customers drop off their cars, and they come first. So why make an appointment. I need a company that appreciates the customers regardless of when their product was purchased.

User's recommendation: Do not use this service department if you did not buy your car there.
