The measurment on medication was light
went to give myself a shot and the vail was light .25 , shot was 1.25 instead of 1.50. If this was a diabeties medication it would be a shame.

My medication cream did not last the 3 months it was supposed to

My Evamist pump is broken.

Inconsistent quality

I recently purchased four four pals of equate protein drinks and two of the four packs was like drinking pudding. I use these drinks over my cereal in the mornings but the ones in question would barely come out of the container.
The lot number on this batch is L203280E.
329 01:41, expiration date is BEST IF USED BY FEB.
162022. Should I find anymore of these I will shop for another brand elsewhere.

Clogging Inhaler
- - Perrigo's upgraded Albuterol inhaler clogs.
- - Old versions could be cleared with water.
- - New style cannot be disassembled; soaking helps, but mold risk.
The upgraded Albuterol Sulfate inhaler by Perrigo that I last bought in August is prone to clogging, as was the old style. I was able to easily clear the older ones with a syringe filled with water.
The new style is not able to be disassembled for cleaning / irrigating. I did have success in clearing the clog by soaking the inhaler in water but I'm concerned about mold growth from remaining water in the dispenser body.
There need to be a better inhalant distribution device. The new ones do not function properly.

The medication does NOT dispense properly or at times at all!! We have CALLED and NOTHING has been resolved!
This is a life or death issue!! I totally expect SOMEONE to at least acknowledge that there is an issue with this inhaler. We have purchased TWO and have had the same problem with both inhalers.
These inhalers, as YOU know, are not cheap!! PLEASE FIX IT OR YOU WILL CAUSE SOMEONE TO LOSE THEIR LIFE!!!!!!

Albuterol sulfate inhaler

This inhaler completely malfunctions and does not dispense. I got it on July 16, 2020 and it is completely useless.
I wasted money and now cannot get another filled until sufficient time has passed and I have severe asthma. I am contacting the pharmacy as well to let them know they should not be selling this brand of inhaler.

My 14 year old has asthma , He uses the ProAir inhaler , Our pharmacy filled his new prescription with the Perrigo inhaler as he had an asthma attack . But it did not help him .
I have Medicaid and our pharmacy will only swap the Perrigo inhaler out for his normal ProAir inhaler if somehow we can speak to someone at your company . Hes been very sick and it just did not act as his usual rescue inhaler . Will you please help me ?

Please talk to your doctor. I had so many of the problems that other people have mentioned and more.
I asked my doctor to change the Rx back to the original ProAir.
The doctor told the insurance company that I could not use the Perrigo version and please let that become a permanent part of my pharmacy records. When I went in to pick up my next month's medication, they had switched it back to ProAIr.
Astma inhaler
- - Got Perrigo inhaler instead of ProAir.
- - Not as effective as ProAir and clogs every three puffs.
- - I will ask my pharmacy not to give it again.
Filled my prescription for my ProAir inhaler and received the Perrigo inhaler. This inhaler does not seem to be nearly as effective as the regular pro air, not to mention that it clogs up every three puffs and you have to clear it out. If I'm having an asthma attack I DO NOT HAVE TIME to clean the thing out.
I am not happy with this inhaler and will be asking my pharmacy not to give it to me again.
Not only that but you need pliers to clean it! The canister will not pull out!

No information with the Rx on how to use

i called the 800 number to clarify how to apply and nobody is available except during regular office hours
the instructions were not there on whether to cover the area or anything else on the usage.
i would certainly not want my doctor to prescribe such a product of yours again .

I contacted the company and asked for reimbursement because the product did NOT state that gelatin was in it. I bought these because the label had been edited to not state gelatin was in it (hidden ingredient).
I do not consume gelatin for religious purposes and vegetarian requirements. This contained pork and I ended up getting really sick. The company did not even care nor reimburse me for my trouble. I will never buy anything they make again as they are not a reputable company in my opinion.
I requested a list of "pork and gelatin free" products and never received it. A horrible company in my opinion.
I bought these because the label had been edited to not state gelatin was in it. I do not consume gelatin for religious purposes and vegetarian requirements.
This contained pork and I ended uo getting really sick.
The company did not even care nor reimburse me for my trouble. I will never buy anything they make again.
