I have emailed Customer Services numerous times, but it seems to go directly into the ether. I receive no response whatsoever, except once when she used the word ‘think’….oh and one other occasion I was sent a standard email but was addressed with a different name.I’ve given up…I have turned my custom elsewhere.
I have sent numerous emails; alas, I don't know where they have landed, the moon perhaps, as I have not received a response. I am able to click on Greece, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to want to give me the language I require, which is English; instead, my only options are Italian or German?
