Ongoing case for years ,The same as most complaints .They are not easy to get a hold of. You never get to talk to an actual attorney .They send contract attorneys out that really do not know your case .

They just didn't represent me the way it should of been .I am still hurt after years and it looks like more years can go buy.Meanwhile i am broke and i cant do the work i use to .Getting to see an AME took about 3 years . Once this case gets resolved you will see it posted on ripoffreport along with the many others .

You will not get answers or times but you will be told that YOU must call back every 2 weeks to talk to the aides . After 30 calls over the years its useless .

2 and 1 hafe years,spoke to my so called attorney tiwce.jonathan p. Brian suspect the name may fictional.He lied to me promised my acsses then dened acsses by the phone ***,gos by the name mishell , probably fictional very condisending and ruled.Blocks any attempt to speak with attorney who takes 15 percent of any settlement.Puts you on speaker phone ,can here snenkers and even racial slurs and the back round.

I hired this firm in May of 2011 and was very thorough in filling out the inquiry form letting them know about my Worker Comp Claim. I even spoke with an intake worker.

They accepted my case after I had parted ways with prior attornies for communication issues and for being ignored regarding some mishaps that were written in the AME report that could have an adverse affect on my case. I wrote several of letters to this firm regarding relevant matters and there was no response. On July 13, 2011 I was scheduled for court and made the attorney firm aware that I would attend. I attended court on this day early with a family memnber and no one showed up for me, because my name was never called.

I wasted fifteen dollars that I never received back and called the firm again that day by lunch time when no one showed up for me. I was later connected to Attorney Schwartz who claimed he called my name, when if he called my name myself or my family member would have heard him, didn't call my name. I saw attorney's walking in and out calling clients names and had even seen some of the attorney's from my firm because I looked on the website at their pictures and I was told when I called the first time that someone would be calling my name from their firm. It never happened and a whole day was wasted and I never got an apology from that attorney.

I wrote a letter about this incident. I stayed with the firm and had never met my attorney, when I hired the firm I made them aware that since my case had been going since 2004 that I had a treating Doctor and pain management Doctor. I only wanted this firm to fix and address the AME report that was asked to be fixed in 2009 by the prior attorney who never fixed it, although he was aware that the information was detrimental to my claim. I had never met the attorney of this firm but signed on based off of what I read on their website and a courier came to my home and this was how they became my attorneys.

After my relevant letters were ignored by them regarding my case, I finally after 1 year and 3 months was finally able to meet my attorney on 9-7-2012, but prior to that I had to deal with a rude Michael that worked for this firm basically trying to give me a hard time getting an appointment with the attorney Jerry Chang. When I finally met Jerry Chang on 9-7-2012 he seemed to be a pleasant person and he answered my relevant questions that I had wanted to know the answers to over a year ago. He claimed that he had written to the AME Doctor to get the mishaps fixed and we discussed some more pertinent issues. I get a letter today 9-15-2012 from the firm letting me know that they want to dismiss me and for me to sign a dismissal because they determined it wouldn't be economically feasible to continue it's prosecution of the worker compensation case.

This information wasn't told to me on September 7, 2012 and I'm very upset because I had also made Jerry Chang aware that I have an epidural coming up for the issues I have with my body part that was injured. They also sent me to their Doctor when I signed on which was outside of the MPN although I made them aware I had my own Doctors that I had been with since 2004 and I wasn't aware what an MPN was until I received a letter from the insurance company telling me not to go back because it wasn't authorized so I was scared I was going to get a bill and didn't go back after receiving the letter and finally being able to talk to one of the representatives at PLBSM which was o.k. with me going back to my Doctors and I'm still not clear about what and MPN means. I'm not signing off on the case for dismissal because I have a real injury and my case is being mishandled and they should have never picked it up, if they were just going to waste a year doing nothing.

I don't like to be lied too at all and this case has been very difficult especially with the treatment you get from people. I'm not going to just lay down and take abuse.

Individuals who have been represented by attorney jerry chang from perona langer,have had similar bad experiences including myself,he has never returned any calls or even introduced himself,etc. this is my personal experience,i contacted the state bar and wrote a simple letter explaining my problems with the said attorney,and wow,a few days later i get a call from chang and now hes finally on top of things,not dropping the ball anymore.i tried for over a year calling the office and hoping he would call back,he never did,but once i notified the state bar,things changed for the better.this was my personal experience with this attorney from law firm perona langer beck serbin,i would recommend any individuals who have similiar troubles do the same.

I answered an add thinking I will get this guy to fight for me "I'll fight for you" got passed off to a low rate do nothings in my workers comp case so mishandled the insurance obviously does not even know I have a lawyer. I had to send my copy of WC temp benefits denial to one of the people that run interference for them.

I am 4 months into my case without a word and not 1 thin dime have i received in temp benefits.

I am scheduled to take a epidural Monday so I can work because I am next to being homeless. I am being forced through no representation back to work hurt or become homeless.

As A qualified injured employee,I am supposed to have competent w/c attorneys,in my case I called JACOBY & MEYERS AND THEY HIRED THIS SECOND RATE COMPANY TO FIGHT FOR ME, MY ATTORNEY NAME IS JERRY C. CHANG HAS NOT DONE A DOGGONE THING AND THE DECENTCY TO EVEN THE Simplest CALL MEBACK,INSTEAD THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL,I CHECKED W/THE STATE BAR IN CALIFORNIA AND they(SAID THERE GOING AGAINST ATTORNEY ETHIC),BOTTOM LINE I"M JUST TRYING TO WARN EVERYBODY AGAINST THIS KIND OF HEADACHE,THEY SHOULD BE WORKING FOR ME, I THOUGHT!............RIGHT?
