I have been in contact with the local news media and shared my complaint with a senior investigative reporter. Furthermore, I have inquired about filing a court case against them.

I have filed complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General of the state of MO., and the Federal Trade Commission.

They still have done nothing for me as well as all the numerous other customers that have complaints about their company.

I told this company over a year ago, and 3 years since purchasing their wood sealing treatment, about some rot, decay, and deterioration that was beginning to occur on my treated wood deck. Initially, a guy came out, looked at my deck, took pictures, and assured me that they were going to repair the deck.

Then they would retreat the replaced wood once again. I had been patiently waiting throughout last fall /winter season.

It was only a few months ago that Ben Jensen, the owner, told me in a phone conversation that they would repair/replace the wood on my deck as well as reseal it. NOW THEY TELL ME THAT MY 25 YEAR WARRANTY DOESN'T COVER THEM REPLACING ANY OF THE DAMAGED WOOD!..This company does not stand behind their service in that they make excuses why the warranty does not apply!..Countess customers are treated this way and they should be ashamed of their business practices!

User's recommendation: Beware of this company and their services!....They have more dissatisfied customers than you can imagine, on numerous consumer websites, and it appears they don't care about their business reputation!

Any reputable business should value the integrity of their company name, product or services; as well as their customers experience and overall satisfaction. Losing any recognition of providing honest quality work, not providing reasonably decent or professional customer service, and not honoring contractual warranties is a shameful way to operate and practice business!
