Cannot cancel Subscriptions EVER

Hello I got Perlego so my Daughter could read a book for college she does not need this anymore so I cancelled the account but have been getting billed every month and now since I cancelled the account I am no longer able to access said account to get it to stop. Just buy the book instead you will end up saving money in the long run

Canceled monthly subscription

I canceled my monthly subscription last month and perlego is still charging my card. I would like for yall to remove my information and stop charging my card when Im not even using the website anymore. When I canceled it I deleted my account as well so Im not even able to log back in to confirm.

Canceled my subscription but is still charging me

I canceled my subscription last moth and it has now charged me again. I canceled and deleted my account with Perlego so there isnt a way i can log back in to verify what happened.

Im very bothered and would like for yall to remove my card and information.

i have cancelled my subscription on 19 March 2024 and received an email from Perlego on the same date, but i was still charged 18 USD on 4 April 2024, i want my money to be refunded.

I have contact my bank to inquire about my recent transaction that was decline they state the transaction was decline due to security alerts it has been resolve it is up to the merchant to reprocess the transaction.
