I went to EoS Fitness today to work out, but I was denied entry.

I actually canceled my membership on December 31, 2025, and in mid-December 2025, I used my membership points (750 points) to get a free month of membership starting January 1, 2026. I don't understand why I was denied entry today.

Your company is very strange. I am very, very upset.

Please either return my membership points or allow me entry until January 31, 2026.

Please confirm urgently.
