They are not the company they claim to be.

Resolved: I ordered a few perfumes from Perfumes online Canada on May 11, 2026. I have received no information about my order despite several emails to them. Their website does confirm the order.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They replied to my email and apologized for the delay. The order was delivered on May 14, 2026, at around 7:00 pm.

I ordered a few perfumes from them on May 11, 2026. I was expecting a message from them stating shipping and delivery information.

Not having heard from them, I wrote them two emails.

I have not received any response so far. Very disappointing customer service.

User's recommendation: Don’t deal with a company which makes it so difficult for you to contact them. They do not give their phone number for customer support. The only way to contact them is via an email. They don’t resort emails!

BAD SERRVICE

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience regarding my recent order.

Earlier today, I received an SMS from your delivery driver while I was not at home, although my wife was present at the address. About an hour later, I called the driver to follow up.

During this call, the driver hung up on me and then called me back, behaving in a very aggressive and rude manner. He used inappropriate language and insulted me, which I find completely unacceptable.

As a result of this incident, I did not receive my perfume order.

More importantly, I am very concerned about the level of professionalism and customer service in your delivery process. This experience has seriously affected my trust in your company.

I kindly request that you cancel my order immediately and confirm the cancellation as soon as possible.

I expect you to address this matter seriously and take appropriate action regarding the driver's behavior.

They asked me to send back the perfume and they will replace it. They received it back but no communication from them about sending the replacement.

I bought an expensive perfume from them. The shipment was delayed a few times until I got it.

The bottle was half full and leaking all over the place. I emailed them about it. They replied asking for pictures, which I sent them. Ever since, there has been no response whatsoever.

I sent two additional emails asking them to respond and let me know what is going on, without any success. Now, I've got their phone number from somewhere on the internet, and I will try to call them.

Please do not trust this company! I thought that since they are located in Toronto, they should be good, but I was wrong!

I still have not received a call back to my two voicemails I left them. Nor did they reply to my emails.Very frustrated as I am out $110!! I’m left in the dark wondering if I should buy the perfume I ordered from a local store or if magically my order will arrive ?!!Will never use this company again!!!

I ordered my perfume on January 12th and it is now Feb. 20th and i still have not received my delivery!

I have emailed twice and phoned twice. No one has responded to me yet.

This is absolutely terrible customer service!

Would never recommend.
