My experience with performance settlement was not a good one at all!
- - They were told the monthly fee would be $114.48.
- - Later they said $229 would be taken.
- - A June 2018 withdrawal overdrafted the account; no refund.
well they had initially contacted me a few months ago about helping me with debt relief, and had said that they would only charge me $114.48 a month. Now im low income from the social security adm, and I only get $750.00 1x a month to live on & I live in low income housing.
NOw I agreed to pay the $114.48 monthly because I thought I could handle it,well it turns out that I was wrong I could not do that amt every month at all,and they seriously overdrew my checking acct when they took out the $114.48 back in june 2018. They had taken it out after I had paid all of my bills for the month of june, and it seriously overdrew my acct, and I had called them and told them that and they told me they would put that money back in my checking acct, and cancel my membership with them, but they never did they just flat out lied to me about everything, and they started saying that they would actually have to take $229.00 out of my acct every month, and that would only leave me with $521.00 a month to live on!!! Well I had to go to my bank, and have them put a block on my acct so they could not taken anymore money out on me,and its been a few months, and IM still trying to get out of the overdrafts in my acct & I really need that $114.48 back in my bank acct ''ASAP''!!! I call them, but all I get is music playing on the phone.
Do not ever get involved with performance settlement in California they are just one big lying scam *** company just out to deplete you of all your money, and dictate what they feel you can live on,and what bills you pay every month!!!
Sincerely Elizabeth Delproposto P.S performance settlement kept telling me that Lexington law is being sued, but Im involved with them, and no there not being sued at all. Its all just more lies perpetrated by performance settlement to get you to be with them ,and get your money...
- People that talked to me were most part nice
- And lying to me
- Overdrawing my acct
Preferred solution: Full refund
