Poor Performance by sales team at Performance Ford
- Two-hour wait; the truck was sold to other customers.
- Unprofessional and not recommended; will go to Mendham Ford or Beyer Ford.
My husband and I had a horrible shopping experience here for the 2nd and final time today 7-13-19. Do not waste your time at this dealership!
After spending two hours of our Saturday and after test driving a truck and waiting a length of time for our salesman Robb C. to talk with his manager Douglas R. about our trade in they sold the truck out from under us to customers that came in to dealership after us! This was unprofessional to say the least!
I do not recommend this dealership and will continue use Mendham Ford or Beyer Ford. They are a waste of time and effort!
