Took my 2007 Dodge Charger in on the 5th of November with an electrical issue with front passenger side blinker. They've had it for 18 days with no resolve. I call numerous times and leave multiple messages to not get a call back until the end of the day. I can never call the service manager or service department and get a person on the phone, always goes to voicemail. I will never use this dealership again. Someone should fix this problem, it is giving Dodge a very bad name in the service department. If a person makes an appointment, i would think, the car would be worked on until it's fixed.
