Poor customer service

I'm kicking myself for giving this company a second chance. After a prolonged and very unpleasant experience a few months ago in attempting to get replacements for two defective e-cigarettes (the brand was Loosie Stiks) I decided to try another of their products (BLOW disposables). Big mistake. This time four out of an order of ten had dead batteries. This time I abided by all their rules, to the best of my ability. I opened and tried all ten as soon as they arrived, I notified them immediately, and I sent them back at my expense. They require a person to somehow videotape themselves puffing on the dead e-cigs and because I don't have a camera on my computer or a cell phone they refuse to send replacements. Be warned. This company does not stand by their products. Their prices seem to have value, but when you take into account that half your order is unusable and they reuse to make it good, then the "value" disappears.

User's recommendation: Stay away from this company.

Resolved: Bad customer service

Update by user Nov 06, 2020

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

They did an about-face and replaced the two e-cigs that were defective. I'm very glad to have this resolved.

I had been ordering e-cigarettes from this online company for awhile with no problem. In August 2020 two disposable e-cigs in a pack of ten that I ordered were defective. Should have been very easy to credit me on my next order. Like any other reputable business would do. Not these guys, though. First you get an automated robo-type response. I got two of these. They tell you that you have to send them a "video" of you trying to puff on the dead, uncharged e-cig. I have no idea how to do such a weird thing. I don't have a cell phone or a computer that takes pictures. The whole thing sounded pretty outlandish. But it got weirder. They said even if I figured out how to send them this video they wanted they still wouldn't credit me for their defective products because I only had 48 hours from the time I'd received them to make a claim. Remember I'd ordered a ten pack. This brand of disposables--Loosie Sticks-- are the equivalent of a pack of regular cigarettes. So ten was the equivalent of a carton. And they expected me to have gone through the whole ten pack in 48 hours. When I questioned the logic of this I did get a regular email from a real person who didn't give his name. He had snarky comments about how I should have opened up all ten when I received them. Like a person would do that with a regular carton of cigarettes. Or a dozen eggs! Or anything else. He also implied that they have to have all these impossible rules in place to guard against fraud. I feel very insulted by an implication like that. Be warned. PerfectVape does not stand by their products.

User's recommendation: Don't do business with PerfectVape.
