- 8-year customer with LG fridge and Panasonic TV insured by them.
- Store closed, customers not informed, repair numbers unusable, unprofessional.
I've been a customer of perfect home for nearly 8years I have a LG fridge freezer and a Panasonic TV which are insurance by them both now have started to play up my local store has closed down and what makes me mad is the fact that they haven't had the curtasie to inform there clients of any change I've been trying other stores bit the number are out of use what is this company doing I need my things fixed and can't get them it's very unprofessional and they don't care about there customers at all I will never deal with them again through all of this anyone with these reviews and you know that a number please put it up we are all suffering together thanks to them perfect homes

- I was harassed by phone and at the door at 7:30 am.
- They threaten to seize PS3.
i have had a ps3 from this company and because i was ill and missed 1 payment which was explained to them why they charged me a late payment which was double the amount i pay each week have constantly harnessed me by phone demanding the payment even been to the door at 7.30 am in the morning after payment and threatening court order to break in and get the ps3 as i have missed a payment they have even tried the door to get in saying they have every right to do that can some 1 please advise me asap as i dont know what to do
Let me guess...Rent-A-Center? Be that as it may, I seriously doubt they can get a court order to break into your house.
They may be able to get one to force you to return the PS3 though. Next time they come around call the police.
If nothing else, the police could probably enlighten both you and "whoever" on the applicable law. Good luck to you.
