Perfect Water Technologies Repackaged Chinese Filters
- - I bought an under-sink filtration system for over $300 and installed it.
- - Both units tasted and smelled bad; a pro installer said they were from China.
I purchased a water filtration system to put under the sink in the kitchen of my home for over $300. I installed the first unit myself watching videos from the manufacturer.
After running the water for a while as per the directs, I filled a glass up to drink. The water had a foul odor and had the worst taste. Thinking that I had received a faulty unit, I sent mine back to Home Depot for an exchange. I received the new filter and to make sure everything was done properly, I hired a professional water filtration expert who installed the unit.
The new unit had the same issue as the last unit. The installer told me that he was 100% certain that the system and filters were from China and what I was experiencing was the norm. It is very decitful to represent that your product is manufactured in the USA when it is just repackaged trash from China. Somebody needs to put a stop to this practice.
This company is supplying filters from China to filter our water? How disgusting is that?
Who knows what those dirty Chinese factories are doing. I am pursuing my complaint with executives at Home Depot.
Preferred solution: notify people so this practice is ended. people could be getting sick
Perfect Water Technologies - Worthless Warranty
- - The company had ongoing problems with the equipment.
- - Three parts failed within the first 30 days.
- - I was treated rudely by owner Jon Sigona.
Perfect Water Technologies is one of the worst companies I have had to deal with in my life. I have had nothing but problem after problem with their equipment.
I have spoke with the owner Jon Sigona at least five times and have been treated terribly rudely. 3 separate parts have broken within my first 30 days of using the equipment.
I even had it professionally installed.
I would recommend that if you want a water filter that doesn't have the potential to flood your home, stay away from Perfect Water Technologies. What a horror show.
Preferred solution: alert other potential clients to issues, jon has had many opportunities to solve this problem and he is not interested
Perfect Water Technologies - Made in China Garbage
- - Bought Home Master RO and a 3-stage filter; installed by plumber.
- - A filter leaked and a crack was found; reviewer cites China-made parts and mercury.
My husband purchased both the Home Master Artesian under-sink reverse osmosis system and the whole house Home Master 3 stage filter. We hired a plumber to install the units professionally. After installing the unit, our plumber noticed a consistent leak from one of the filters. After troubleshooting with the owner Jon Sigona over the phone, it was determined that one of the units had a crack in it. During the process the plumber pointed out that the filters were 100% certainly manufactured in China. Perfect Water Technologies advertises that they are an American Manufacturer which is a blatant lie. One day they are going to get sued and their product dropped from Home Depot Online for finding high levels of mercury in the water.
I refuse to allow my children, family, or friends to use a product that produces anything that they ingest from China. I am reporting this to the attorney general of Texas (where I live) and Arizona (where the company resides) as well as to the management of Home Depot.
Stay away and don't allow your family to get poisoned be this cheaply made ***. Jon Sigona and his company manufacture a big zero.
Preferred solution: to warn other potential clients

Perfect Water Technologies review, they are a scam. Poor quality products, deceitful practices, owner Jon Sigona is a criminal, repackaging trash systems from China and private labeling as his own brand.
I'm sure how someone like that stays in business.
They pay for their reviews online, so buyer beware. Water filtration perfect technologies poor reviews abound.
