Unprofessional behavior

The owner of Perfect Stays LLC in Springfield, Massachusetts owned by a Kristin Westbrook has been using the business phone line she owns to make prank calls to my phone and harassing text messages. I had to Google the number to find out who they were exactly, I had no clue. I don't know this person, I've never met them, and we have never spoken before. I don't even know what type of business it actually is?? It doesn't even pop up on most business and consumer sights, and not even recognized by BBB. It's being presented as an Airbnb type business. I don't know how my number was obtained, but it's so bewildering how they got my number??? And they know my name too. Very odd and scary. Never talked of business, just kept calling and texting asking very invasive questions about my personal life. I feel very violated, and I think it's weird. I hope this fraud is taken down and out of business for good!!

Preferred solution: Don't call or text me anymore thankyou

User's recommendation: Don't book anything with this company I believe it's a scam company that uses their business line for prank calls and harassing text messages to innocent bystanders

I heard of them. These people are malicious frauds that prey on innocent people's kindness.

They've been doing this for years now. Using illegal money to fund makeshift fly by night businesses that only last 1-3 years maximum then they drop that bad name and move on to the next project.

Leaving anyone who did business with them in the past confused and abandoned on a business level. Fake businesses suck!!!!
