I have sent at least four emails to perfect game and have not received any reply. I am simply trying to return a sweatshirt that is too large for my son that I bought for a Christmas gift.
It states that you do not supply a return label but it also states on your website that customers dont have to pay to send an item back. Please send me a message and let me know how I am supposed to return the sweatshirt for $72 that does not fit my son
