Parts need for sleeve air conditioner snd they have not responded

I asked them weeks ago to simply provide the cost, including shipping to Canada for two small filters for my sleeve air conditioner. I cant use it without the filters and the apartment is hot. Three calls and almost a month and they still havent addressed this! David Ronson
