You are the biggest *** of a company
You registered me as having taken a payday loan from you of £9000 and since when has a payday loan been that big amount This has affected me getting my mortgage approved and if it wanst for the bank who informed me that how would I have known. This is how you prey on vulnerable people.
I am going to make a complaint to the ombudsman and you are going to compensate me for the distress which you have caused. You make profit by buying this debts and you register false information

Scammers
These guys bought out a loan which apparently I took out with another company so they say.
I do not take out loans nor would have passed a credit criteria for such.
I was offered a loan in the past which i refused as all I had domen was a general enquiry when times were tough, but did not take out a loan.
The company then were requesting payments for a loan which I didnt receive and I ignored it.
Perch capital, the very known scammers apparently took on such debt and have asked to pay even after 6 years past. Now they have put a CCJ on my credit file.
Disgusting revolting sons of a bad mother who ever gave them birth.
These cretins should be sued till even their underwear gets taken away from them and they have nowhere to go except the streets where they will be disgraced and stoned to death like the old times. Shame on these spasticated individuals.

Can I give 0 stars? They left an account on my credit reference thingy for fours after I had cleared it. Then trying to contact them was a mission, fortunately Experian have contacted them for me

Still no hearing from them and sick of waiting
Can someone send me the CEOs address. I want him to face a fact face to face.
His company has put a CCJ on my credit report and I have never applied for a single penny nor had any borrowings.
Disgusting behaviour and I will take these *** to court and make them quit their job knowing how low life disgusting they are. Sickos

Phoned up to enquire about a debt still on my credit file and the gentleman on the phone was excellent. Helped me with query and passed my details onto the relavent team to try and remove the debt and send the details to the credit reference agency's so this doesn't affect my credit rating I'm the future

Fake debt emails
getting phising emails from perch capital through ACI uk about alleged debts with lending stream gain capital etc different sums requested in different emails that don't let you unsubscribe or reply : reported to report AT phishing but be careful of these scams using these names
Email from perch about a debt
Email about a debt that was sorted in 2017 when the company concerned went into liquidation.
Told them about the equality act 2010 and good practice awareness guidelines but will not listen were rude and
raised their voice in an intimidating manner.
Would not listen and will not accept my explanation. Get legal advice

Perch Capital account should be closed
Ive tried many ways to contact perch capital. I have an account on my credit file that is shown as open and in arrears.
I dont know what the account refers to but I do know that any debts I had in 2018 were picked up by my debt payment plan which was completed in May 2021 so this account should no longer be open..

Buying closed accounts
If perch capital contact you're regarding an alleged debt insist you need to see contract deed of assignment not the Original credit agreement.
This will prove any legitimacy to the debt and what they bought it for price etc they probably pay £10.00 for every £100.00 also a debt bought becomes unenforceable on sale

Illegal behaviour and business manner
This company is under investigation of illegal practices and antisocial behaviour.
Avoid them until the court finalise their penalty or prison time

They tried to threaten me about collecting a debt i do not owe. I made every single person i spoke to in that call centre regret ever phoning me and there useless robbing directors.
Seriously they are the same company as TM legal and have been targeting the more vulnerable people for to long and getting away with it.
