I have tried to contact you by phone many, many times and sent several emails. I received a dress that is too small and never received my other dress.

I cannot believe what awful customer service you provide.

I have spent a lot of money on your products without any assistance. I expect you to contact me immediately, or I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order for a dress for my daughter's prom. The product includes a small scarf, which my daughter loved and really was why she decided on this dress.

Well-the dress arrived but the scarf that was supposed to be IN THE SAME PRODUCT PACKAGE was missing. I have emailed- no response. replied to an auto AI generated response- and nothing. I call daily, multiple times and the phone will ring once and hang up,

Going to dispute the entire order with my bank since I will have to go buy another dress. Thanks for disappointing my kid!

Ordered middle of March. 18 euro express shipping.

Top and dress bought for an event still haven't dispatched. Emailed many times and tried to call several times - the phone is always busy. Unacceptable.

70 euros gone and no response at all. This is the worst experience I've had with any online shop and worse than Shein or Temu.

Preorder a dress to get shipped around end of march. Its middle of April and their bot isnt able to locate my order.

The customer service number doesnt work and Ive emailed weeks ago.

There no way to get info on my order. If it wont be here when they said it would i want to cancel it.

Order placed. Received one item but remaining seven items never came.

Contacted company several times and received automated reply. After 2 weeks, the order still was not fulfilled.

Only after I contacted pissed consumer, did the order get fulfilled. I hope that i will receive the items within the next week.

Yes it was pre order, but they said it would arrive late March. They refuse to answer my emails than AI responses (Ik it is AI because it says it is autonamted) i have never had a problem til now.

I called the recoding ended I was never transferred to an actual person and then all I heard was leave a message and it hung up 15 seconds after

I've sent emails wondering about updates and I eventually called them despite being worried about call costs because the delivery status had been stuck in "international transit" for 3 weeks and they still haven't responded to my email :( Considering it was supposed to be here in 3-10 days I'm pretty worried my money has gone to waste. I called DHL because my delivery details were no longer available and they said they never received it.

I have requested a refund multiple times for a dress that was returned 5 months ago.

Hi I hope you're doing well. My daughter Delnaz zamanian had an order for shopping dress on 22 of February by my credit card card but by mistake I deleted her order her order number, and she hasn't received her dresses which she needs them.

I have called multiple times but no one answers the phone. When I send an email, I get a generic response that has nothing to do with my question.

My order from PepperMayo took days to be shipped after series of emails and threats of legal action,only for them to ship and the didnt address my name properly,the receiver rejected it not know who it was for,PepperMayo is still not responding to my mails or anything,now the order is being sent back to them
