You have returned the payment three times now. Then the sale went off, so I went to go in and start my own account and get 10% off, and it came up to $203. I tried to process it. You put it through and then canceled it and refunded the money.
What is the problem? This is ridiculous.
They need your homecoming dance dresses. You're not going to ruin their event because your company isn't working properly.

Top and dress bought for an event still haven't dispatched. Emailed many times and tried to call several times - the phone is always busy. Unacceptable.
70 euros gone and no response at all. This is the worst experience I've had with any online shop and worse than Shein or Temu.
