Such a dodgy company. Refusing to refund my daughter's returns due to small print in the T&Cs.

Clearly acting against the law. She's only 16; it was her first online purchase.

She saved her pocket money for months and is now out £000s. I'm going to try the Financial Ombudsman.

What is the problem? This is ridiculous.

They need your homecoming dance dresses. You're not going to ruin their event because your company isn't working properly.

I have tried to contact you by phone many, many times and sent several emails. I received a dress that is too small and never received my other dress.

I cannot believe what awful customer service you provide.

I have spent a lot of money on your products without any assistance. I expect you to contact me immediately, or I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered middle of March. 18 euro express shipping.

Top and dress bought for an event still haven't dispatched. Emailed many times and tried to call several times - the phone is always busy. Unacceptable.

70 euros gone and no response at all. This is the worst experience I've had with any online shop and worse than Shein or Temu.
