Can't find my order and it is already paid on my credit card. Scaled customer service, but they haven't contacted me.

You have returned the payment three times now. Then the sale went off, so I went to go in and start my own account and get 10% off, and it came up to $203. I tried to process it. You put it through and then canceled it and refunded the money.

When called you get a message that it has calling restrictions that prevents your call from being completed.

I placed an order for a dress for my daughter's prom. The product includes a small scarf, which my daughter loved and really was why she decided on this dress.

Well-the dress arrived but the scarf that was supposed to be IN THE SAME PRODUCT PACKAGE was missing. I have emailed- no response. replied to an auto AI generated response- and nothing. I call daily, multiple times and the phone will ring once and hang up,

Bought a dress for my daughter's prom. They never shipped it.

I wasted 3 days calling them and UPS to locate the package. They take your money and do not ship you merchandise. They do not pick up the phone and put you through their voicemail. Never return your phone call.

Do not respond to your emails.

Ordered middle of March. 18 euro express shipping.

Top and dress bought for an event still haven't dispatched. Emailed many times and tried to call several times - the phone is always busy. Unacceptable.

70 euros gone and no response at all. This is the worst experience I've had with any online shop and worse than Shein or Temu.
