Bad customer service refused service
Don even go to pepprjax, it is simply not the same! Staff is always rude. Food is always on nasty dirty bar and grill is wayyyy too greasy
Natalie Wilson manager over at 72 & military ave - was very disrespectful do u not want your food or what chose to skip 4 people in line for 15 min to handle an online order.
In addition. Grill stove was very greasy and dirty.

Safety concerns
Just the simple fact that the mngr on duty left sharp objects in the sink with water in it which is unsatisfactory cause I could have sliced my hand or finger open

- Always one or 2 people to ruin a good job
Preferred solution: A sincere apology and the simple fact that the mngr on duty was a 20 yr old and made it a hazardous work environment

We have been going too the Belton Missouri Location for a fairly long time and within the last three months the service has bone way down and the place is always dirty tables floor etc. the workers do not appear to know what they are doing as to how to prepare the food and things like salting the fries three different times.
There has been a change of the staff in this time. someone needs to look into this location as we are not going to go back because of this, there are way too many other places to eat, It is bad because this place use to be a favorite.

Problem w customer service
Refused service to all the people in store because of my service dog. Jay at a 132nd st Omaha told my boyfriend to shut up when he told him I was having a medical emergency and needed to eat my service dog is for my blood sugar she tells me to eat before I pass out I was visibly shaking and about to pass out and he wouldn't even give me a cup to get a drink an told the other ppl in line that he could not serve them as long as I was in the store with my service dog he was informed that my dog was a medical alert device an still said he didn't give a *uck an threatened my boyfriend who had his hand in a cast an told him to step outside then ran from behind the counter an chased him outside an wldnt stop till I put my shaking body between him an my boyfriend an told him to stop I wasn't letting him touch him I was calling the police.
unfortunately I was to sick to wait for the police to come so wr had to go get food across the street.
The guy Jay was informed by myself , boyfriend and one other customer that what he was doing was illegal an he continued to cuss at us an day he didn't care to stop talking to him shut up an get out of his store. He needs to be fired before I report this to the ADA or the store will be fined for discrimination.
