Bad service

I bought 3 items at pep stores and I accidentally left my card there, the following day I got an sms that I purchased something for R20 at 16:10 I was so surprised because I was my workplace and I didn't go to the shops. I quickly went to the bank and stopped the card, then I went to pep stores so that I could ask what happened with my card, the manager promised to investigate but then I was never helped.

User's recommendation: I would advise that it's better to use cash than card.

Complaint against a staff member that threatened to stab me

On Friday 23/10/2020 I went to PEP HIBBERDENE with an intention to buy few clothes. My kids fitted some shoes &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; I wasnt sure which ones to choose...I then decided to wait until their aunt comes to join us. In the mean time I looked at other things around the vicinity close to the shoe isle whilst some shoes where left on the floor. An employee named Bongi came to pick those Kids shoes From the floor and she said one day Ill get stabbed for doing this nonsense. She went on and on. I then asked her if shes talking to me & if this is all about the shoes she found on the floor as it sounded rather personal. Mind you I dont even know her. She said if its me that left the shoes then yes shes talking to me. I asked her if she knows why those shoes were left there, unfortunately I was too late to ask. She was already shouting me & we had a whole lot of people coming to watch this scene! There was a lady who kept telling me to wear a mask (I wasnt wearing it anymore). I asked to speak to Bongis Manager. To my surprise the lady that asked me to wear a mask was actually the manager. I asked her if thats all she could say as a manager in that whole drama that was happening at the shop. Long story shot. I sent my kids out & asked their Aunty to come and help me choose the shoes. We proceeded to the pay point. Where we were attended by the same Bongi. Im very disgusted to even say this!!! I asked for the body oil, she said I must be specific (with a very bad attitude. A footage can be visited to prove as her gestures were very contemptuous). She told me theres hair, baby, body, foot I supposed to predict which oil you want? She said to her manager help me answer siyangihlanyela lesilima means lunatic idiot she doesnt know what she wants then the manager said theres no oil, I then asked her why would Bongi ask me the kind of oil I want when there isnt any available? I was already speechless and very humiliated at that time, hence my sister had intervened and insulted her back. Before we could leave the the shop she said I hope you have noted my face and I dont stay in this shop. I then told her Ill wait for her after work. After work I went back and told her to stab me as she has earlier on said. She didnt deny to have said shed stab me, I then called 2 of the people I was going with to witness what she said. I then told the manager (as she was there as well) Ill be filing a complaint formally on Monday as Ive noticed her junior (Bongi) doesnt even respect her & her helplessness in that situation showed me clearly that she cant do anything. I need to get aN urgent response from PEP as I am proceeding to file a case at SAPS.
