Peoria charter has zero customer service effort outside of making the sale. I have in multiple occasions contacted to change a ticket or inquire on services with little return from the staff.

This is my last straw. I left my bag on the bus at the last stop, old Orchard. The bag has my important medication that I have to take daily. The company has no one available to even assist me in contacting the driver or the place where the items are stored.

Completely unprofessional. No regard for the customer outside of taking our money.
