On February 16th I was charged 1.oo and 16.88 I canceled I want a refund on card ending 6749 don't put me into a pay page I'm not doing that

The worst company no customer service
I didn't even know I had this service. For over 2 years they charged my account.
I never used it once. This is illegal!
They are snooty,rude,no customer service what so ever.
I think they make enough money to credit back my account since I didn't know I even had it or used it.
Now I have to fight them for stealing my money.

Peoplecheck.com has been taking out $48.22 every month since August I have no idea how this happened now I can't even call anyone to get my money back to stop them taking it out I want a phone number better Business bureau here I come definitely not do not

An unauthorized payment
Hi my name is Jeremy Horton Idk how this happened but ..I never did anything with pub records but pay $1 did not do the upgrade and I closed it out when they asked for the up graded.. ..I had contacted my card holder .
An they said contact you all for a unauthorized payment that should of not been .that was the only $$ I had for my car insurance..so please help!! I need it to be canceled an reinburst thank you for your time

Went to this site and used free 7day trial and the very next day they took $40.00 out of my checking account and can't get ahold of them..I just want my 40$ put back in account.thanks David williams

This website does have an opt out option at the bottom of their webpage.
Easiest way to search is by phone number - use the truepeoplesearch printout of said number as reference.
Use your fake/junk email for opt outs. Use an old AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc email as your junk email.

People's Check has my phone number listed for another person, a realtor. I get calls for that person frequently. I have written to People's Check several times to correct the problem, but they have done nothing.

Use the websites opt out procedure - bottom of webpage. Use your “fake/junk” email for opt outs (generate SPAM) - use an old AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc email as your “junk” email.
Google cleanse your phone number - request removal from any site that appears during a google (web) search. Other databases - whitepages, intelius, spokeo, radaris, peoplefinders, beenverified, truepeoplesearch (print report), Melissa Data to name a few!
Avoid
No way to take info off their site without paying. No way to contact a real person. Emails are never answered.

Stealing wrong information and making it public
my name is associated with a place I have never lived nor even been to... information is outdated and just plain wrong...
I did the opt out thing and its still on their website,, I think someone is just buying information and to make money posting everyones information online and getting people to pay them to remove it just to make money... this is a complete scam and they need to be brought down asapo have turned this over to my attorney to find out who they are...
PeoplesCheck.com - Another Johan Fourie Website? Scam Site Offering Inaccurate & False Data. No Customer Support nor Opt-Out Protocol.
Seem another Johan Fourie website is now published (I found this website Feb. 2019).
Johan's various sites (most shut down due to our persistence and diligence) are the only sites that seem to offer the EXACT same information, which leads me to believe that PeoplesCheck.com is his newest invasion of privacy rights. I have not seen my information (though mostly inaccurate and not current at all) published the exact same way with the same "associates" that I don't know listed, and addresses I have not lived at, along with past work details beyond his people search websites. These types of websites are immoral and an complete violation of our privacy and need to all be shut down.
Of course, there is an Opt-Out link featured on the website, but of course, the opt-out process does not work, and there is no emailed instructions ever sent to complete removal per the final removal steps which is his usual M.O.
This website is registered as a foreign entity. Please contact the below links to file complaints, and lets get this site shut down as well.

If he is associated with cubib.com, he's also associated with ufind.name and publicrecords.directory. Requests to opt out are NEVER honored or acknowledged but with the upcoming CCPA of 2018, California residents at least will have some pretty good protection against these amoral sites. The California Attorney General has vowed to shut these losers down.
