Don't Do It

If I could give them a zero I would. This company has been a nightmare for our company. Medical receipts are returned when all the requested information is on them. It's extremely time consuming and frustrating for our staff. Their turn around time is horrible too. We are currently ending our contract with them and going with a PEO.

Massive bugs in latest release

Peoplekeep aka Zanebenefits has for years been on the forefront as a top notch HRA benefits third party administrator. Unfortunately their latest releases this year are full of bugs that appear to have corrupted our payroll data. While they have a slick zendesk helpdesk interface, you have no way of reaching a person quickly via phone. They only allow you to talk with support via chat but they've shut that down for some reason. Since they are tied into one of the most important processes in any company (payroll) they should have some way of quickly escalating major bugs and keeping customers in the loop. Their most recent bug highlighted data corruption going back to March and now requires doing manual updates to fix the amounts they are showing due to the employees. we rely on an outside payroll provider to process payroll for us and that provider relies on accurate data coming from the peoplekeep system.
