I was play Brookhaven and Kyky_baby was coming to me and Kyky_Baby was saying bad things about me like you dont have anything like friends and I was walking away and said that you dont have a mom or a dad and that means I am sad and I said please stop and she was not stopping. And I was going to play with my friend and she said that it is fake friends and that made me sad

Actually I would really like to get the help from support chat with an agent, the support chart just provides an automated response, stating that my issue has not been resolved. The support crew also seemed unprofessional during our conversation, and my issue has not been resolved.
Eventually, I had to call Peoplecert customer support directly. The woman thereI can't recall her namewas really professional, very helpful, and quickly answered my question on a call.
