Alibaba - Yancheng City Jiusheng Machinery Co., Ltd.

Does not provide support or service for orders. Have been trying to get them to provide assistance on a press we purchased off Alibaba but get no response.

Almost 1 year has gone by since purchase and still our press is not working. Buyers Beware they promise to fix, and service, but once you order they do not assist you in setting up or making sure the machine runs.

Also sent us wrong machine with improper voltage for USA. Buyers beware of this company.

The warranty offered is no good as company never responded unless you inquire about an order.

US Army - Great Company

Patches4less I will keep using you guys even if your prices are a bit higher. There are a few good ones out there and a Whole Bunch of *** ones. *** List we all have tried at the base and are now on our DO NOT USE LIST. Either for quality, service or level of detail they do not provide. I would stay clear of them most are the same company under different names. All you have to do is just ask for the address. embroideredpatches.net Patches-ON-SALE.com ButlerPatches.com stadriemblems.com wholesale-patches.com custompatches.net patch-outlet.com americanpatch.com

US Army - Bad Quality Patches embroideredpatches.net

I decided to shop around and try a new patch company since mine was not the cheapest I figured I would try a cheaper one to duplicate mine since these are after all patches for our unit. I shopped for days between companies and went with the cheapest price I could find at www.embroideredpatches.net Well it took forever to get my patches about 4 1/2 weeks and the quality was horrible letters were not even the design didn't even closely match the original ones we had gotten from the old supplier and to top it off the stitching was fraying and the back had a bunch of loose threads just hanging there. I was so disappointed I called them several times and got the run around on how they made them according to the design. I told them I wasn't satisfied and they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee that's BS. I wanted my money back they said I have the patches and there custom made the way I ordered them and I could place a new order. Now I am stuck with a bunch of junk patches I cannot use. I contacted my CC company and have a charge back in process. I would stay very clear of this company seems like there just selling literally CHEAP patches made in a sweat shop.
